On January 25 & 26, 2024, the management research center Larequoi associated with the ISM-IAE Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ - Université Paris-Saclay) will organize under the aegis of the Jean Monnet Chair ad personam held by Prof. Gilles Rouet, the International Colloquium: "Ethics and Innovation in Public Administration" labeled by the European Academic Consortium EUMMAS.
The aim of this project is to take part in a theoretical exploration enabling an analysis of practices, in an attempt to understand how to tackle the ethical dilemmas of innovation within public administrations in Europe. The theoretical analysis envisaged is therefore not purely abstract and/or normative, but will be part of an appropriation of current approaches. As such, the aim is to improve day-to-day practice, and to interest researchers, public managers, civil servants, citizens, associations and students.

Les 25 & 26 janvier 2024, le laboratoire de recherche en management Larequoi associé à l'ISM-IAE Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ - Université Paris-Saclay) organisera sous l'égide la Chaire Jean Monnet ad personam portée par le Prof. Gilles Rouet le Colloque international : "Éthique et Innovations dans l’administration publique" labellisé par le consortium académique européen EUMMAS.
L’objectif de ce colloque est de participer à une exploration théorique permettant une analyse des pratiques, pour tenter de comprendre comment aborder les dilemmes éthiques de l’innovation au sein des administrations publiques, en Europe. L’analyse théorique envisagée n’est donc pas uniquement abstraite et/ou normative mais s’inscrira dans une appropriation des démarches actuelles, à ce titre il s’agit bien d’améliorer la pratique quotidienne et d’intéresser chercheurs, managers publics, fonctionnaires, citoyens, associations et étudiants.
